A fantastic opportunity to join a fast moving, exciting retail business with a commitment to providing excellent training and career progression has arisen at our Head Office based in Leicester. The role is for a Customer Services Advisor and we encourage applicants with great enthusiasm and a passion to succeed and progress to apply.

You will report directly to the Customer Services Supervisor and the purpose of the role is to provide excellent levels of customer service to all our customers and over 500 retail stores.


Role Responsibilities will include:

•Understanding and carrying out our company procedures while working towards achieving targets set by the Customer Services Supervisor.

•Answering customer telephone calls, Social Media enquiries and emails via various channels in a professional and timely manner projecting the company’s professional image.

•Communicate with other departments within our Head Office for a prompt resolution of customer queries.

•The candidate will be required to undertake other Adhoc duties within the department and help in any other areas of Online as and when necessary.


As a company we will fully support you during your employment and develop your skills through in-house training both in our Head Office and retail stores. You’ll be required to work 37.5 hours per week working Saturday to Wednesday (including Bank Holidays), shifts will vary between the hours of 08:00 and 18:15 and flexibility for the role is essential.


Key Skills and Experience:

•Excellent communication skills.

•Administration or Retail experience.

•A confident and professional telephone manner.

•Ability to work in a target driven environment and meet agreed objectives.

•Excellent attention to detail.

•A passion to progress within a reputable retail company.

•Due to our passion to continue expanding internationally an A to C GCSE or an A-Level qualification in a second language written and spoken is an advantage but not essential.

The shift pattern is:

Monday to Friday 8am-4.15pm and 10am-6.15pm rotating each week. You will also be required to work Bank Holidays. There may be some weekend working involved.
